30-Day Returns and Exchanges

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn or unused
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • No handling fee is charged when the return meets refund requirements
  • Return and exchange postage is covered by us when approved

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a separate order once the return is accepted.

Damages and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once confirmed, we will exchange or return it free of charge and cover the shipping involved.

Exceptions

  • Personalized or engraved items cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • Please review spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization carefully before ordering personalization
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

Order Changes and Cancellations

We are unable to cancel or amend online orders after they are placed. This includes address changes, color or size changes, adding or removing items, applying discounts, or full order cancellations.

Refund Timing

Once a return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may take additional processing time.
